Technical and financial optimisation for construction phase

Eole Constructing keeps CAPEX under control by working on four different fields that interact together, which contributes in reducing or not increasing the total OPEX of the project.

1/ Design to cost Optimisation

Eole Constructing will define the most optimised cost for your project. We will find the best balance between the technical and financial aspects. By analyzing  the geotechnical  and topographic data, coordinating  engineering companies, comparing  the different building methods and their costs, we will select the most adapted solution, taking into account the constraints of transportation and craning of components,  while respecting the environmental  contraints.

2/ CAPEX control

Due to its diverse experience on the ground working in various construction projects, Eole Constructing possess a strong know how of  all existing building methods and associated  equipment and machinery. This is particulary true for roads, foundations, electrical networks, grid stations, and craning. Therefore Eole Constructing knows the real costs associated with construction methods that are either costly or restrictive. Hence Eole can select the most adapted entities for the project, ensuring you the best CAPEX  and its strict control.

3/ Schedule management

Eole Constructing  defines a schedule adapted to your project, which is realistic and secured  by a global approach :

  • Selection of building methods, adapted to the site and it’s climatic constraints.
  • Authorised construction windows for operational constraints taken into account.
  • Study of material availability and production capacities of companies and manufacturers.

4/ Contractual  approach

Eole  Constructing will ensure that contractual contraints are respected.  It will elaborate  contracts and technical specifications to mitigate the claims, avoiding change orders, but keeping the freedom to adapt the project and its quantities in case of needs.

OPEX reduction

The lessons learned by Eole Constructing during its more than 10 years in construction, and the continuous  feedback with operational teams on the ground, allows us a continual improvement of Eole Constructing’s building methods and technical choices, that gives us better control of OPEX and avoiding non scheduled expenditures due to : maintenance, ageing, incidents, water damage…
