Development phase

The development phase has a direct impact on the successful completion of your project. We ensure the project will be delivered on time due to our working methods that incorporate, the property rights, the administrative obligations, and the technical choices made prior to construction.

These three main areas constitute the modular services offered by Eole Constructing, and can be selected individually or as a package, the lobbying  action plan will be defined on demand case by case:

Lobbying:

Lobbying action plan and relationship management.

Permitting:

Selection of adapted procedures, and tracking of administrative requests.

Property action and commitments:

  • Validation with the financial institutions of the draft prerequisites concerning the leases, easements and other property agreements ;
  • Legal validation of the terms and wording of the commitments to lease ;
  • Obtaining commitments and other agreements on the land from the  owners, operators, local authorities, associations and others concerned ;
  • Preparation of the division of land into parcels with the property  surveyor ;
  • Review and verification of the draft notarized deeds before signature (leases, easement agreements, payment compensatory measures, powers of attorney, etc.) ;
  • Management of the signature for the notarized leases and easement  agreements ;
  • Validation of the agreements with the town halls, land consolidation associations and other stakeholders.

Technical part:

  • Management of topographic studies depending of site constraints ;
  • Adjustments to existing servitudes (existing networks: overhead and underground) ;
  • Management of geotechnical investigations (tomography, seismic, drillings, piezometers,…) ;
  • Access studies for transportation of components: feasibility, technical optimisation with title land aspect ;
  • Global optimisation for grid connection to public network ;
  • Global optimisation for connection to the telecom network ;
  • Support for selection of most adapted wind turbine suppliers ;
  • Delivery of the final optimised project design.
