The Due Diligence phase has a direct impact on the successful completion of the project. By ensuring a comprehensive due diligence phase including the property rights, the administration obligations, and the technical particularities, we can deliver a complete project.

 

Eole Constructing ‘s modules consist of the main areas of intervention and can be selected individually or as a package:

Land module:

  • Review of land leases and property titles for access roads and different building parts ;
  • Legal review of all land agreements.

Permitting module:

  • Review of all mandatory administrative documents necessary to build and operate your wind farm.

Technical module:

  • Technical analysis of existing documentation for construction ;
  • Risks and hazards identification ;
  • CAPEX budgets ;
  • Realistic Schedule planning.

Eole Constructing completes the Due Diligence phase with a site visit to make sure that no gap exists between documents and site conditions.

Access studies throughout France.

In 2024, EOLE CONSTRUCTING carried out 14 access studies by integrating increasingly larger wind turbines (Ex : Vestas V162 or Siemens Gamesa SG 170).

 

In addition to the study report, EOLE CONSTRUCTING debriefs the site visit and presents the constraints and solutions to the development teams.

 

Thanks to its experience and expertise, EOLE CONSTRUCTING is able to identify the routes best suited to the project owner’s needs.
